***Soft Orange Delight***
INGREDIENTS (10 inch mould)
(A)
150ml sunquick orange juice
150g butter
9 egg yolks
170g cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
(B)
9 egg whites
150g caster sugar
**METHOD**
(1)place orange juice and butter of ingredient (A) in a saucepan and stir over low heat until butter has melted .Remove from from heat. Add in egg yolks and dry indredients. Hand whisk until combined.
(2)In a mixing bowl, whisk egg whites of (B) until foamy. Add in sugar and whisk hand whisk. Combine in batches with no.(1) using hand whisk.Poyr batter into prepared tin.Place tin in tray of water and steam bake (Bain Marie Method) for 45-50 minutes at the temprerature of 160c..
