Cream Puff - by Mai Abdul
Ingredients:
125gm plain Flour
100gm butter
250ml water
1tbl spoon fine sugar
1tsp vanilla essence
A pinch of salt
3 large eggs
Methods:
Preheat oven 200C, line baking sheet with parchment paper, I used silicon baking mat u can also used ur macaron silicon mat for smaller size or turn it over..
In a small heavy bottom pot, boil water,butter, sugar n salt over medium heat, occasionally stirring to melt butter. As soon as d mixture begins to boil add all d flour in, stir rapidly with a wooden spatula till it forms to a thick dough and it's no longer sticks on sides of pan..remove from pan and move dough to u stand mixer beat for about 5 mins, then add eggs 1 at a time, mixed well till all incorporated.
Using a pipping bag fitted it with ur favourite nozzles, I used 1M..
Pipe d paste into d prepared baking pan spacing them please😄
Bake @ 200C for 20min then lower d temperature to 160C and bake for another 30 mins or till puff are golden brown, turn off oven but let puff rest for another 5 mins in thr.
Remove frm oven let it cool b4 fill it with ur choice of filling
