700g pork
2 egg white
30g corn flour
30g plain flour
2 tbsp mash garlic
Seasoning :
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1tbsp sugar
1 tbsp chicken powder or chicken stock
1 tsp red yeast rice powder (for coloring)
1 tsp white pepper
1tbsp sugar

2tbsp of water ( i use cooking wine )
This is red yeast is good for blood circulation and good for health too it can help to lover down the cholesterol level. |
Method:
1. Finely chopped garlic
2. Add in pork. Speed 10 for 1min, turbo 5-10sec, or blend until super fine
3. Add all other ingredient, turbo or speed10 until fine
4. Knead 2min
5. Take out to throw in chopping board
6. Shape into mould
7. Steam in preheated steamer for 40min
8. Let cool n slice, keep in fridge.
