 Tang Zhong Bun.
(Tang zhong mixture)
30g plain flour

150g water
Mix flour n water together then cook on low heat to form soft shiny starch leave it cool .
B
500g bread flour
2tsbp sugar
1tsp salt
2egg
10g yeast
100g fresh milk
120g tang zhong
60g butter

Method
Add all ingredient except butter n knead to form a dough lastly rub in butter to form an elastic dough. Proof for 1hr. Then press out air of dough n ball your bread Glaze egg yolk on bread. Bake at 180'c for 20 mins.

Ratio 1:5
1=flour(1time)
5=water(5times)
Method
Mix flour n water until dissolve then cook on low heat to become shiny starch.
Add tang zhong to bread ingredrient to form bread dough. Happy Baking.
