Thanks all 4 ur likes n comments. Here's the recipe...
2 oz self raising flour
Pinch of salt
1 tsp rice flour
2 eggs
2 oz caster sugar

1. Sieve flour n salt.
2. Whisk eggs till frothy n then add sugar n continue 2 whisk till very stiff (test by forming a figure 8 on the mixture).
3. Gently fold in the flour, using a tablespoon.
4. Heat n grease the mould. (grease on subsequent process).
Spoon mixture into mould , bake at 200C for 10 mins ( depend on individual oven, I bake at 180C)
6. Lift off the kuih using a toothpick, then repeat the process until all the mixture has been used up.
7. When cold, store in air-tight tin.
