INGREDIENTS:
A) 500gm Kueh Baulu Mix (I get this from Ailin Bakery shop)
10 Eggs
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
B) 20gm Vegetable shortening
80gm Oil
METHOD:
Beat (A) until fluffy fold in (B) until well blended
Bake at 180°C for about 15 minutes
