Oatmeal Choco Chip Cookies - SamKoh

These chewy oatmeal choco chips cookies are so good it's almost a crime!! Have to restrain myself from munching them. Subbed out the raisins with choco chip. Ommphalicious!!
 
Oatmeal Choco Chip Cookies
Butter 225g
Brown sugar 300g
Eggs 2
Cake flour 250g
Baking powder 1 tsp
Baking soda 1 tsp
Roll oats 300g
Dark Choco chips 100g

Preheat oven at 170C
1) Cream butter and sugar.
2) Add eggs, one at a time.
3) Add in flour mix.
4) Add oatmeal and choco chips.
5) Cover dough and chill for 1 hour.
6) Bake at 170C for 11mins.
