Yogurt Nestum Cake n Muffins! - by Jas Feng

Hi all, the recipe is as follows:

Ingredients:
175g castor sugar(I used 140g)
125g salted butter
1/4 cup of yogurt (I used all natural; plain yoghurt is fine too)
125ml fresh milk
4 tbsp Nestum cereal (I'll add in more next time)
225g self raising flour

Steps:
1) beat butter & sugar
2) add in yogurt n mix well
3) pour in fresh milk & stir well
4) add in Nestum cereal and stir well
5) pour in flour and mix well using spatula
6) pour into baking tray and sprinkle some cereal on surface
7) bake 190degree for 30mins
