Bread Roll (Bun) ~Maagchi

Unsalted Butter 3 tbsp
Fresh Milk 1/2 Cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Egg 1 Large
Instant Yeast 2 tsp
All purpose flour 1 1/2 Cup

Method:
1) Melt butter with low heat in a large heavy pot then turn off the heat.
2) add in milk,sugar,salt.Mix well with a wooden spoon until thoroughly dissolved.
3) add in egg mix well then add in yeast and let it sit for 1 minute.
4) add in flour mix well for about 1 minute. The dough will be very sticky.Cover the pot and let it rise for 1 hour until it became double in size.
5) Deflate and knead the dough by hand for 1~2 minutes and cover again. Let it rise for 30 minutes.
6) Dust the cutting board with some flour. Deflate and fold the dough for another minutes until it makes a smooth dough ball.
7) Divide the dough into 6 equal size pieces.
8) Rub the dough between your hands until it form into a cylinder. Put it on the cutting board and roll it out until it's about 8 inch in length. Coil it around itself and bring the end from the bottom up and over to the top of the coil so you can insert it into the center. Put it on a non stick baking pan ( 7 x 8 inch pan )
9) Repeat with the others. Be sure to leave enough room in between the roll for them to expand.
10) let it rise for 1 hour before bake.
11) Preheat oven 175°C for 5 minutes. Gently brush th rolls with egg white and bake for 15~17 minutes or until light golden brown.
12) Take out and brush again with white onto the rolls and bake for another 1 minute.
13) Remove it from the oven and serve hot.

无盐黄油3大匙

盐四分之一茶匙
蛋1大
即食酵母粉2茶匙
中筋面粉1杯半

方法:
1)牛油,低热量的重大锅里,然后关火。
2)添加于牛奶,糖,盐。用木勺搅拌均匀至完全溶解。
3)鸡蛋清拌匀加好再加入酵母,让它坐1分钟。
4)在面粉拌匀,加约1分钟。面团会很粘。盖上锅盖,让它上升1小时,直到它变成两倍大。
5)放气和揉面团手工为1至2分钟,然后再次覆盖。让它升值30分钟。
6)与一些粉尘的砧板。放气和折叠面团另一分钟,直到它使一个光滑的面团。
7)将面团分成6个大小相等的块。
8)双手搓热之间的面团,直到它形成成圆筒。把它放在砧板上,并滚动它,直到它的长度约为8英寸。盘绕其自身周围,并把从底部端向上并在线圈的顶部,这样就可以将其插入到中心。把它放在不粘烤盘(7×8英寸的盘)
9)重复与他人。一定要留下足够的空间在辊他们之间展开。
