 INGREDIENT:
- 18 pieces of mid wings
- Half jar of Lee Kum Kee Char Siew Sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 tablespoon dark soya sauce
- Extra honey for glazing

METHOD
- Marinate mid wings with char siew sauce, honey, sugar & dark soya sauce
- Set aside in fridge for at least 2 hours (the longer the better)
- Preheat oven to 170 degree C
- Lay mid wings on parchment paper in a tray and pour some of the balance sauce from marinating over it
- Bake for 30-35 mins
- Once ready, give the mid wings a very light glaze of honey while hot
- Best serve hot!

NOTE:
I always adjust the amount of honey, sugar and dark soya sauce depending on who's consuming the wings. So it's best you taste the sauce you have prepared and then marinate the wings. Everyone has different level of preference for sweetness and saltiness. Adjust to your own preference. ENJOY!
