Since today is National Eat What You Want Day, I've created a list of what you should eat for every meal of the day. 

p.s. am I the only one who keeps finding these holidays? Last Wednesday, May 6th, was National No Diet Day. KEEP 'EM COMIN'!!!

1. Breakfast | Mini Pop-Tart Cereal
