Lemon Custard Fruit Tart Pie - by Nasira Begam

Lemon custard filling
1cup milk
Half cup water

Half cup sugar
1 teaspoon lemon essence
1 tablespoon lemon juice
5-7 tablespoons custard powder

Put all these ingredients above in non-stick wear. Keep stirring till it becomes to a nice thick paste. Off flame let it cool n it's ready for usage.

 
For the Tart crust.
250gm butter
120gm powder sugar

480gm plain flour
2eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Beat eggs n sugar and butter till well combined. Then add in flour n essence. Once well combined put in fridge for 15mins.
Then take out to press in tart moulds. Prick holes in centre to prevent puffing while baking.

Bake at 170degrees for 20 to 25mins.
