Bake Butter CupCake - 烤牛油蛋糕 - By Fiona Lau

Ingredient:  
Butter 150g, 130g caster sugar,  
1 vanilla bean pod / 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
5 eggs
190g Self-raising flour ,  1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda  (all sifted)
Milk / milk 60ml 


Method:
1 butter with sugar and till pale 
2 Add the egg in one by one and beat till finish and mix well.
3. Adding self-raising flour, baking powder, baking soda mixing evenly.
4 add milk, mixing evenly. beat another 3 min
5 Pour mixture into a small paper cup at about 80% full.
6 bake for 25 minutes  at 150'c 
I love this cake is so Traditional  taste.. hope you all do enjoy like my me
