Dessert - Steamed Egg White with Hokkaido Milk (蛋白炖北海道牛奶) - by Georgina Chew
Here's the recipe: -
1 egg white
100ml milk
2-3 tsp sugar
Dissolve sugar in the milk. Lightly whisk the egg white and pour them into the milk mixture. Stir them evenly. Then pour into a sieve and sieve them ( I sieve twice). Divide the sieve mixture into tea cup or bowl. Cover with a clingwrap and steam low-medium heat for 10 - 15 mins. Done! ^^
