Ingredients:
200g bread flour
20g sugar
3g salt
4g yeast
60g milk
80g water
30g butter (soften)

Filling :Red bean paste Finishing : whole almond for decor
eggwash: 10g egg +10gmilk.
1.Mix all ingredients (except salt n butter) in stand mixer(my mixer is Kenwood chef) beat for 5mins , add in butter n salt, continue to beat till smooth.
2. take out n roll it into a smooth ball,cover with cling wrap,proof 45mins.
3.divide dough at 30g/pc。roll smooth n rest for15mins.
4.wrap each dough with 25g red bead paste.
5. press an almond in the center of the bun. cover n final proofing 45mins.
6. Egg wash n bake in preheated oven (180c, 15mins)
